[box][style green]All my WordPress tools for building out your websites are hosted at API Domainers[/style][/box]
Not sure what I’m going to do for tomorrow’s post, but you can be sure it’ll start with a “T”
Here’s a quick little plugin that provides a shortcode you can use in a post or page that displays a dashed red box around any content. You see this basically on every squeeze page from products at ClickBank.com, “make money online” sites, etc…
==> Download “Buy Me Now” WordPress Plugin at API Domainers…
Below are some examples. It’s real easy to implement. The shortcode looks like this when you’re creating your post:
Here is some amazing offer that
I'll be compelled to click through...!
And this is how it renders:

WP-Domainer is a free WordPress plugin I’ve developed that’s basically been a bag ‘o tricks for my various sites. With WP-Domainer you can insert a message at the top of every page, upload favicons for WordPress MU installs across multipe domains, and list domains in a post or page using a flexible WordPress shortcode.
Like I said, it’s absolutely FREE! Download WP-Domainer Today!
I’ve got an update of WP-EasyStore available. If you already own a copy, I’ll be sending you an email shortly with a link to the upgrade. Otherwise, the plugin is only $12.00.
The most visible added feature with this release is the formatting of search terms and eBay items titles which are now capitalized better. Lot’s of eBay sellers like to put their titles in ALL CAPITALS — I’ve fixed this.
You can see the new version working at:
Price is only $12 which is considerably lower than the other eBay scripts out there that DON’T integrate with WordPress. And, it’s an instant download after payment has been made.
Just cranked out a new plugin today that might benefit domainers using WordPress to develop their names. This one does one thing so far: it places a customizable message at the very top of the page.
You can have it display anything you like. Typically, you might use “This Domain Is For Sale at MyPhatPortfolio.com”.
Download the Plugin here, extract and upload to your WordPress plugins folder. The configuration page is under the Settings menu. Enjoy!
You can see WP-Domainer in action at:
Is there one? I tried to find one, but after a little searching I gave up and wrote on myself. I use it to manage the favicons on my WordPress MU installs — favicons for each site can be uploaded to one folder and then ‘picked up’ by a little WordPress magic.
If you’re interested in getting it, just post a comment here… if there’s demand, I’ll clean it up and release it. Thanks!
By Popular Demand, I’ve uploaded the plugin here: http://dropbuzz.com/get-wpmu-favicons/
The WP-EasyStore Plugin version 0.04 adds basic support for Amazon search results. You can see an example at Knight Minatures.
ShortCode tags can be used inside Posts or Pages to show Amazon products. Here’s an example:
[wpeasyamsearch key="knights" type="list"]
I’ve setup of new DropBuzz.com Forum to handle support for the plugin as well as providing recipes, how-to’s, trip & tricks, etc…
The WP-EasyStore Plugin is STILL ONLY $12. Buy it Now to get the instant download!
Very soon — maybe even tonight — I’ll have an update to the WP-EasyStore, renamed from “WP-Easy”, that will do a couple new tricks. The big addition is the ability to do display basic Amazon search products. Hang tight!
I just switched this blog over to new hosting so some links may not quite work yet, please bear with me!
There are just 5 copies of the plugin left for only $12. This gives you lifetime updates and help in getting it running on your domain. Some very cool updates in version .03. See the feature list to get acquainted with the plugin.
Many Great New Features!
- page-specific search keywords
- page-specific categories
- “hidden” keyword feature the user doesn’t see
- a new List View in addition to the Gallery view
- control of the number of items displayed
This update really lets you take control of how your store works.
You can see this working at Luxury Watches. Each page has been coded to target specific eBay categories for “Accessories”, “Antique” and “Tools & Parts”. The accessories page content looks like this:
Hidden Keywords (and the List View)
Sometimes the domain calls for a keyword to be included in the search ALL the time. Over at Cute Laptops, you can’t find a page NOT filled with everything PINK! But, you don’t want the user to see “pink” on each page. Here’s what the code looks like for the “The Shop” page:
[wpeasygallery hidekey="pink" type='list' permhidekey="1"]
This example also demonstrates the List View in action…
Control of Number of Items Displayed
This option really makes WP-Easy shine. If you wanted to have a specific heading only for the first few items ending soonest and then a different header for the remaining items, check out Christmas Gift Deals. Here’s the code behind that:
Items Ending Soon!
[wpeasygallery startindex="1" endindex="2"]
Items Coming Up...
[wpeasygallery type='list' startindex="3"]
Lots of great features packed into this update! Remember, only 5 left at $12. Get Yours Today!
WP-Easy has its own dedicated page now. That’s where you can learn how to install and set it up… Go There!
